MEMBERSHIP

All Private lesson, clinics and participants must be members of LPTA, in order to adhere to NCAA rules and regulations related to Local Sports Clubs.  

 

PAYMENT

Full Payment is required before commencing each training session and must be made to Borendame Tennis Services LLC or LPTA.  If you would like to signup through the training block, please contact us

 

REFUNDS

Refunds will not be issued for non-attendance.  A one time credit may be offered due to a medical emergency if signing up for a future traing block.  

 

PRIVACY

LPTA will only store information relevant for coaching and billing purposes.  Private information will never be shared with a third party or advertising agency.  Photographs and video may be taken and used in LPTA on social media, marketing material, and on the website.  

 

LIABILITY 

Lightning Premier Tennis Academy (LPTA) will act accordingly, to their best judgement, in any emergency requiring medical attention.  LPTA is not liable for any injury or illness and its subsequent costs incurred while undertaking a program or event.  All Members inherently assume the risk of potential injury due to tennis related activities.  

 

24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
We have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. If the Coaching Staff is not informed of non-attendance for a clinic or private lesson at least 24 hours in advance, then participants will still be charged.

WEATHER

Sessions may be cancelled if the venue is, in our judgment, too wet during the scheduled lesson, squad or team time. If a session is cancelled, a refund will not be issued, but credit may be applied towards a future training block 

 

PARKING
If not dropping off for lessons, squads, and teams, parking in Greenland Lot members can purchase a daily visitors pass for $2.00 at:  https://www.mtsu.edu/parking/visit.php

RESIDENCE
To adhere to NCAA rules and regulations related to Local Sports Clubs, all members of LPTA Tennis must reside within a 50-mile radius.
